Measuring Instrument for Transmission Characteristics
MS-302
This is a measuring instrument for evaluating the overall transmission characteristics of a variety of carrier telephone equipment and communication devices (successor of the MS-301 measuring instrument for transmission characteristics).
Equipment Category
Measuring instruments for transmission characteristics
Power supply
100V AC
Compatible with 75 Ω, 150 Ω and 600 Ω systems.
It supports the measurement band from 100 Hz to 5 MHz.
Its level meter has a built-in psophometric noise meter (compliant with ITU-T O.41), 800 Hz band-pass filter, and 10 kHz low-pass filter, which can be switched for use with one-touch control.
The level meter is an analog type and allows users to check instantaneous interruption and signal level fluctuations.
It is also equipped with an indicator scale magnification function (EXPAND).
MS-302 is portable and can be battery operated.
(The battery is optional)
